I find that I have paid for a service of 300 euros, which is not a small amount, and it turns out that the
...y do not attend to me until January 3rd, they say that the payment is not confirmed.
I have sent them I don't know how many tickets with proof and references of their payment systems as if it is confirmed, but the customer service team tells me that they cannot help me until January 3rd.
I am supposed to have bought an Instant service, a lie, because I have paid for more than 24 hours and look, I am without service, I feel cheated.
I write in the chat and they do not attend to me until January 3rd either, nothing.
In other words, my money is lost, when I have more than confirmed that they have received it and they do not give me the service.
I claim that if it is so, I do not want the service, I need it for Monday, which I have contracted 48 hours or more in advance.
Well, they tell me the same thing about the refund, etc., etc., that it will be on January 3rd. In other words, the service is shameful, it is not 24/7 support as they sell it and the truth is, being a client as I have been a few months ago with other servers for a year paying for it, the fact that they treat me like this does not seem normal to me at all.
Edit as of today, January 3, 2025, I still have no response from support and I find myself with 300 euros lost at the moment, no one answers me in support. They told me that the 3rd was the first opportunity for the billing department to be attended to after noon and no one gives any signs of life.
I have an email from the payment provider confirming that they have received the payment on 12/28/24. So I still find myself with my money lost today.
Another Edit. Now support tells me that the manager is not there and that they cannot help me, but if it was the first opportunity on the 3rd to be helped? Well, the department has already closed and it will not be there until Monday.
Lies, this sounds like a scam to me.
Edit 6 January: Perfect. Today, the 6th, I am complaining again. According to what the girl in the chat told me, Billing & Sales was no longer available on the 3rd, so I have been complaining here since the first hour. Hostkey support has responded, stating that I will be assisted at the first opportunity during business hours from Billing & Sales. I have already received that response in the ticket like 15 times each time I try to complain about something here. In other words, I get the feeling that they are not going to assist me today either, and that is when I will declare this company a total scam.

I now have 313 euros stolen by this company and they have not answered me since December 28th, with proof from the payment provider support that the payment was confirmed on the afternoon of the 28th and that they have the money.
