he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
Ik heb mijn domain gekocht bij xstocloud en ontdekt dat dit bedrijf werd verkocht aan Hostslim. Helaas werkte xstocloud.nl niet en ik heb ook nooit em...
ail gekregen over mijn account setup. Dus ik had helemaal geen wachtwoord om in te loggen. Na 2 dagen vroeg ik mijn geld meteen terug. Ze reageerde nooit op mijn e-tickets. Ik heb zo veel keer gebeld. Meestal moest ik 5-10 minuten aan de lijn wachten. De laatste keer beloofde Ralph dat hij mijn geld terug zou sturen maar dat gebeurd nooit natuurlijk. 1 maand is voorbij, aangifte bij de politie gedaan en ook bij de consumentenbond. De consumentenbond zegt dat "Hostslim reageert meestal niet op onze emails". Echte oplichter dus. Blijf van Hostslim af!!!! AFRADER!!!
