Do you really need the phone number and address of someone to know that your product image has been stolen? Google doesn't and other reputable hosting companies don't. But this one discourages folks from all this by wanting so much information. So email spammy types love this type of company but in the end such types affect the whole hosting company's websites by getting down rated. You really have to be careful about who hosts your site and if they are looking for bottom feeder accounts at the lowest rates. I was really disappointed in this company's approach and you should be too. If they steal from me then they will steal from you and this company will make it as difficult as possible. One bad apple can affect the whole bunch. So if you are a Russian punk who likes to steal content this is the hosting service for you.

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
