Dreadful, Dreadful, Dreadful support!
I've had servers with Rapidswitch for over 8 years and have watched as their service and support has slowly degraded. It used to be a good company but...
their response times and support quality has steadily got worse and worse. They show no concern if hardware has faults and nobody takes ownership of problems or attempts to fix their servers rapidly. Unfortunately I was left with very little confidence in their ability to actually run a hosting facility. We have switched to AWS which is actually working out cheaper with a much more resilient infrastructure.

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
