he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.

ificate is issued no refunds would be given even if I hadn't used it yet. Poor customer service and poor hardware that is not keeping up with Mac software updates. They wanted me to reconfigure my hardware by doing coding that a customer should not have to perform when spending hundreds of dollars. No other companies providing this service do NOT require such extensive set up. My $200 went down the drain.
