ff. The customer should be king but it is not the case here I3D are the kings. Their policy is also very misleading when you pay for 1 month they will not bother to shut it down. Then month later you get email you have to pay for the month after. This company is a joke beware.

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
