he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.

After payment my invoice show as ...
unpaid on my customer panel.Had 2 tickets open that are waiting but no luck yet.
I just hope it is not a scam and they just move slow..
Will reply in a few days if something change..but for now all i can say is avoid them!
