he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.

The technical failures are one thing, but the rude, unprofessional treatment from the admin/marketing team was the final straw. I’ve already moved my site to a different provider, effectively LOSING two years of prepaid fees and not to mention the customers I lost due to the downtime. Don't fall for the marketing.
