hat has no function any longer. I sold the business and closed this about 3 years ago, yet they still bill and send invoices and will not cancel. I have brought it to their attention in 20 emails, starting polite to now frustrated. The company is a scam, can't get any one to really help only they wish to bill you and annoy you with invoices and at times charge you.

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
