on. 2 times in the same week, our whole corporate e-mails went down, and the first one last for 4 days. We get no explanation and no timeline other than their saying "we are performing emergency maintenance". This is totally unacceptable. They do not know anything about professionalism. Call center is only accessible during US working hours. Live chat is NOT LIVE, you have to leave a message!!! And when you are even able to chat by chance, all you get is "We are performing maintenancae".
We had our business for one year. During that period we had intermittent routing problems to our website (i.e. inaccesible from several clients).

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
