And the only way to access the virtual machine is through a browser-based console using an applet called JCTerm (a "pure Java terminal emulator"), which was last updated in 2012. And it doesn't work in the latest Firefox and Chromium browsers (with Flash Player enabled).
There are no "how to" instructions on their web-site. And the support is terrible. Instead of giving me answers to my questions, they answered me with generic advice like "get consultation from specialist".
