I've been with Limestone since 2012, mostly involving dedicated servers, and they've been a solid partner.
Pricing - Reasonable. Not bottom-barrel
...fly-by-night, but not white-glove either. A nice middle ground
Network - 99 plus some other nines. Private network support is a big bonus.
Hardware - It's hardware. Always go for RAID
Support - Always responsive any time of the day I've contacted them with a hardware issue. Sometimes you'll get an oddball technician. Never had any major issues.
Control panel - Dedicated server control panel is good. KVM, power control, port control. I came from Softlayer/IBMs so I'm a bit spoiled, but then again, it was priced accordingly. I'm not missing anything critical.
The cloud service is at an interesting price point. It's not quite as turnkey as DO or some of those other new guys, but it's also not as rediculous as Amazon. The IO performance on their local instance clouds are incredible. And they offer Windows server cloud as well which is nice for .NET development
