I work here and I wouldn't host my site with doteasy (also known as website.com) we are always dealing with customers that are trying to transfer away...
but the company is trying to trick them into staying. everyone is instructed to keep the customers here no matter what. Awful.

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
