...ow, also we thank you very much for what you have done with us." I then notice that I am _STILL_ being billed by them, so once again a ticket is submitted (#395368)
Sadly not long after submitting this ticket I was admitted to a hospital due to a stroke for quite some time; come home and start getting things in order only to notice I AM STILL BEING BILLED.
Once again; submit a ticket (#837201)
And now I'm essentially being told because so much time has passed I can only get a partial refund;
Their "team" doesn't give a rats backend about their customers.
Their "team" fails to do what has been asked MULTIPLE times.
Their "team" LIES to you as well.
So as the title says -STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THEM-
