This company is getting worse. First they raise the prices of the plans, then they put domains apart from the plans.

e advertising in cPanels. When you enter your cpanel you have spam and banners with offers. In all the time that I have been hiring hosting, I have never seen this.
It is incredible that a hosting company charges you $ 119 annually. And then they put spam and intrusive advertising on you.
It's as if you were using one of those free hosting. I no longer recommend this company at all. For its forms and policies.

e. Not even any answerphone service. He told me it would be easier to log a ticket. Did this, takes ages (sometimes) days to get a response. Keeps fobbing it off to different companies to deal with and each time it comes back to him. Have delt with a couple of other hosting companies before and it has always been a simple 15min task but Brad from Hoopla doesn't seem to want anything to do with it. Somehow he has locked our domain to his company even though the domain has been around for a couple of years and I can't even get in touch with him to find out why. As soon as I can figure this out i am transferring to another provider. Worst domain experience ever. Beware of this company.
