They are a bit more expensive than some other providers like for...
example Godaddy, but the customer support of Combell is the best in the market. Free calling number (in Belgium), very short waiting time (almost always immediately someone picks up the phone), very quick reply on e-mails (within 12 hours).
Other providers also offer good customer support, but calling to a US based phone number can be very expensive if they put you in wait or you have to call again and again because the connection is lost.
It stands out because the support responds in less than 15 minutes, at any time, they solve all kinds of problems (if you insist). They have even solv...
ed programming problems.
I have tickets of up to 60 messages until the problem was solved.
The speed of the sites is very good, the service does not show failures or crashes, the emails work very well.
