Neither will they provide you with the username and password to the site (WHICH IS RIGHTFULLY YOURS) because they dont want you to become self reliant and they lose potential revenue. Their websites are ugly (one time it had ugly html code all over it, when I told them to fix it saying that I cant show it to clients, they told me I have to be patient- Rome wasnt built in a day or some such nonsense) over priced, service is terrible and they have an attitude that they are doing you a favor.
