I regret signing up with Axxess for a month-to-month fibre subscription, as my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite subscribing,
...no ONT (Optical Network Terminal) was installed, and no service was ever activated, yet I have been billed unfairly since June 2024 for a service that does not exist.
After contacting Axxess on 7 April 2025 to formally request cancellation and a refund, I received an apology and was directed to request a refund. However, my subscription was not terminated, and I continue to be charged despite my explicit request to stop billing.
I have now had to formally demand cancellation and a full refund, yet Axxess refuses to refund the amounts unlawfully charged. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter legally.
This experience has been unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution before signing up. Axxess has demonstrated poor service delivery, unfair billing practices, and a lack of accountability.
