Support confirmed that there is an ongoing server performance issue and that the Infrastructure Team is investigating it, but I have received no meaningful technical update, no ETA, no temporary solution, and no migration option.
This has disrupted my business and caused continuous complaints from my customers. The support team has been polite, but the actual technical response and resolution have been extremely disappointing.
