w dealing with AWS I cannot explain how many times they have gone beyond what their rules and Regs and policies are to HELP, SUPPORT and maintain whatever it takes for AWS to serve and keep us as a client.
They are the NUMBER 1 Company and they already WON Best Customer Support globally as far as I am concerned

It is incredible that a hosting company charges you $ 119 annually. And then they put spam and intrusive advertising on you.
It's as if you were using one of those free hosting. I no longer recommend this company at all. For its forms and policies.
