I find there are plugins available to do anything we need and anytime I have called their customer support I have gotten through with minimal waiting time and the reps are always very pleasant and very good at fixing my issue and/or answering all of my questions. ostinghub eliminated SendMail a/k/a #!/usr/bin/perl which is WIDELY used to process website forms. Been using it for 20+ years on order pages on my biz websites.
Webhostinghub action caused me UNKNOWN $$$$ in website orders I NEVER received for over 2 months until I discovered what they did and they admitted it.
We had our business for one year. During that period we had intermittent routing problems to our website (i.e. inaccesible from several clients).

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
