he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.

ndwidth limit. This used to be fixed in about 5 minutes by purchasing an additional bandwidth package. For some reason, I still cannot buy this upgrade myself from the control panel, so I have to contact support every time.
This time, the issue took 3 hours to resolve. It took 2 hours before I was even able to pay the invoice, and then I had to wait another full hour for the service to be added. This was very disappointing.
Support replies only about once every 30 minutes.
This kind of service may be acceptable for some people, but I am now seriously considering moving to another provider.
