The Absolute Worst - Avoid
I tried for years. i struggled through as their service got worse and worse. I convinced myself it would be more of a headache to move to another host...
and so I pushed through with the pain but the pain got worse and worse. Not only where all my sites slow but even logging into the WP dashboard was slow. They sent me to another site to find out what was causing the slowness and I made change after change and still, it took several minutes just to login to the dashboard.
I have their unlimited plan so I host multiple websites. I started getting resource limit reached just logging into the site dashboard this year. Every time I need to take a few minute and do a 5 minute task it turned into 20-30 minutes or more with support just trying to get logged in. My 5 minute tasks kept taking days because of their support and poor performance issues.
I finally bit the bullet and started doing some research and found another host. I paid them to move one of my sites over and Bam! Literally overnight my site was moved and now running super fast! No more login troubles. No more slow page loads and you know that site that midphase sent me to to find out what was wrong? Now my site grades well, just after simply moving to the new host!
Yes, they have features, Yes the pricing is cheap but none of it is worth the stress they have caused me for years. So happy I'm moving everything over.

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
