he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.

pport they failed to make the service available for me to access only saying its ok our end. I have requested a refund and am still waiting having now joined another provider and getting access with VPS it obviously wasnt a problem with my hardware. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
