t i expected in terms of server speed.
They have okay support team, but i have seen better support among other Indonesian hosting provider. Their support time have an outstanding response time but sometimes they didn't give you satisfactory answer.
All in all, i really recommend their Wordpress hosting, and I also recommend their reseller hosting package if you're just starting to build your own web hosting business (it's affordable). But, if you need more resource and more responsive server, i suggest you to try other provider (or you could try their jetvm service which i haven't tried yet).

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
