The layout and system wasn't familiar to me, but with some customer service tickets I managed to get my setup in place (and corrected, since I did some things wrong), and some other odd problems solved very quickly and without drama. Viktor in particular came in clutch more than once for me, explaining what I did and how to go forward, including issuing refunds (in credit) for accidental overpayments I made. The price is good (biennually) for the service they provide and promised privacy features, and now that I'm setup and ready, I'm confident to use them in the long term! Go floki x

and promised a refund within 3-5 business days. Now, four months later, I still haven’t received my refund. Customer service continues to give me the runaround, offering delays and no real solutions. I’m now forced to dispute the charge with my bank. Absolutely awful experience.
