Hello, I've been using Eurohoster servers for over 13 years. Almost 24/7, whenever I open a support ticket, they resolve the issue within 5-10 minutes...
. Even though it's not their responsibility, they always help whenever I contact them.
The only problems I encountered were because I was tinkering with the servers myself. Otherwise, everything works perfectly.
Some companies just keep you waiting. Those who own websites will understand me; a server downtime of even a couple of hours causes huge losses. If you encounter other companies that just keep you waiting, don't bother working with them.
We had our business for one year. During that period we had intermittent routing problems to our website (i.e. inaccesible from several clients).

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
