he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.

ts and communication is still with me and can be shown to anyone. It was a very very unharmful site with just textual data developed for a connection between our friends. However they have suspended it after it is up and well running. It does not violate anythings and just store details of our friends (name/father name/ age) for about 150-200 friends. The worst thing is that they failed and did not replied me any cogent reason on their decision. Their attitude was as if they have given me hosting for free and even worst that it. Very rude, unresponsive, unreliable and irresponsible attitude. Do not recommend anyone to go there.
