he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.

nly default theme and plugins. but every single hour their server goes down and they keep saying me my RAM and CPU is using the over limit. but how could a simple wordpress website goes down with 2 GB ram? it has only 2 page and cloudflare and site cache is activated still their RAM and CPU using high resource. i would say its a scam they dont refund, they keep saying upgrade the plans. totally garbage
