he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
Been trying for 3 straight days to get several issues fixed using the chat with no results.
Where do I start....I've spent over 15 hours during the past 3 days chatting with tech support to get several bugs on their side fixed with no results...
. 1. The first one that still not fixed is the jingles I uploaded. one don't play entirely after the correct Interval, It plays a part and then it freezes up the media player with no music, the other 2 don't play at all and it shows an UNKNOWN TRACK message before the media player freezes up. Tech support has been working on this for 2 days and they tell me that everything is fixed and working and it still does the same thing. They giving so many reasons why is not working but no results. 2. The image attached to the mp3 jingle file does not show, they told to upload the .jpg file to my media folder and it would work, it does not.
I've been VERY patient but..., 3. They also have bugs with the calendar which does not show the playlist I chose for certain day and time. 4. The media files that show in my playlist to choose from shows the same songs several times even though it's been uploaded only once. I could keep going.... but the worst part is that they don't have any phone support and GET THIS...they don't give out an email I can use. The tech told me that they don't give out the company email. SMH...I've never heard of a hosting site not having an email address for customers. The last tech I chatted with told me he cant help me anymore and told me to look at the log files for errors...I'm paying for the service and also have to look at the code to see what's wrong. For 3 DAYS I've been trying to get these things fixed. I'm ready to throw in the towel and request a full refund. Enough said.
