Down for hours in 5 different occasions

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
Their Tech support is horrible. If you don't know anything about web design or cpanel usage, this company is Not for you.

support. You are on your own.
They remove services at a whim.
Worse yet is that my website is down almost every other day for whatever reason and all they say is, "Try it now." They never answer why it went down, just try it now. With no urgency to get your website up. You have to wait at times for days.
