full of excuses and refuse to refund you. This is the worst service and hosting company I’ve ever dealt with.
They claim calls are recorded, but when you request a copy, it’s suddenly unavailable. Their typical response? “The issue is closed.”
Don’t waste your money. There are far better hosting providers out there that offer excellent service and actually assist you with your concerns. Definitely not Afrihost.

he support service answer is always that it is an unmanaged server so they can't help. After some proof that there is some serious problem with their routing configuration, they finally admitted and solved the problem. At least for now. It took 7 hours, multiple tickets and money lost in potential clients.
DO NOT TRUST them to run any serious business. You are adviced.
