enced any issue with their service. I've monitored my website uptime with Jetpack plugin of wordpress and tested speed, server response time regularly. Never experienced any downtime in last 3 months. Pingdom shows my website is faster than the 98% website. Actually, so far I'm very happy with their service. It is true that their support ticket is very slow and they took almost two weeks to reply my ticket about registering a new domain. But I never had to wait more than 3 minutes to get live chat support. My ticket was solved instantly via live chat. Another good thing about ASO is their server name and user area interface is very unique and user friendly. Hope ASO will remain consistent with their good service. Best wishes for ASO team!

Online.net Dedibox server with 100% uptime in the last 18 months for €8.99 / month !

If you want to run a reliable server without emptying your wallet, online.net is the place to be. I don't understand where all these negative reviews ...

come from. Might be from the competition, who knows. People that complain that they had to wait 24 hours before their server got rebooted are clueless. Even when you can't authenticate on your server, you can still reboot it or shut it down and later start it back up from the admin webinterface provided by online.net ... so why would you wait x minutes ?!? In 30-60 minutes it is re-installed with the OS of your choice and restore your data from backup. The times that I had to contact support was with questions about billing. I received an answer an hour or two later. Even when the question was asked at 22:00 hours CET ! In short I highly recommend online.net !

Technical people incompetent

After hosting email and a flat HTML site for years, a small orange degraded to such a point that the service was unusable. For almost two years, the t...

echnical people could not figure out how to keep (individually addressed) email from being recognized as spam by yahoo and aol. The response by support was fast but that does not good if they cannot fix problems. Something happened to the company management that allows this to happen. I am so happy with ultrawebhosting and cannot believe we did not switch sooner.

Servicio aceptable y muy mala fidelizacion cuando te dejas el servicio, invitan a que no vuelvas

En general bien el servicio mientras lo tienes mas o menos responden a medio tiempo si hay incidencia ahora los servidores que tienen están desfasado...

s llevan desde 2016 sin renovar equipos y se nota. Estuve años con ellos y bien salvo averías en sus equipos que me costo varias veces perder todo lo que tenia. El mayor problema es al darse de baja a pesar de darse uno de baja un mes antes porque ellos unilateralmente subieron el precio el mes siguiente pretenden cobrarte el servicio que no te han prestado incluso te amenazan y parece que ceden a 3º tus datos para que te intenten reclamar. La verdad que lamentable en vez de pretender que un cliente que se va en el futuro vuelva lo que hacen es intentar que no vuelvan.
