HawkHost are, in my opinion, genuinely amazing.
I am the type of person who reads tons of reviews for finding a product or a service which is the best fit for what I need, so I read tons of reviews on them before using them, ... Más which was for the first time in 2018, when I had a website with them for a year - before I suspended for a while that start-up.
Well, I read tons of reviews on other similar services and companies, and I can say that HawkHost had the best reviews - and they still have - written by both techie guys and non-techie, like me. There were so many good reviews and still are on them, from people happy with both the technical aspects, and with the Customer Service. It is obvious that, for non-techie persons like me, a brilliant Customer Service means a lot, because how else could we be "saved" when we meet problems on the way? I mean, you other non-techie guys out there: you know very well what I mean: for us, even some simple beautiful technical jargon is like beautiful Chinese! yesterday, Wade literally saved me, with a great attitude and a great help, with things that I cannot even know how to explain to you, all I can tell you is that I will be finally able to start using my website for my new store!
BUT also, I confess I was and I will always be interested in the opinions of the other clients who understand what is about, clearly they have strong positions from where they can express what they feel and think about the services they receive, and I just read another opinion like this moments ago and again it confirmed to me that so many of these customers appreciate so much HawkHost and see even more than what I see!
I would say, it is a winning card: what they do is genuinely exceptional. How they do it: genuinely amazing. I know that you cannot please everybody, nobody can, but they have so many Customers happy with them. And they will have many more, with such quality and attitude.

This is a review that was not requested from me, but I wanted to write, because I am so so happy with the level of support I received yesterday from Wade and the way this support contributes to my new business!!!
Update: one day later, I want to thank you to Brian as well :) for even more support and greatest attitude, I know I must have been a bit of headache, with my lack of some skills and my need for support, but I cannot say enough how grateful I am that I received this support, I can start my business now and you've been AMAZING!!! Tengo un mes que contraté los servicios de Hosting web y no tengo quejas.
El soporte técnico me ha respondido los tickets en un tiempo aproximadamente de 2 horas.
El uptime hasta ahora ha sido el siguiente:
Mes de Julio 2021:... Más 100%
Lo que va del mes agosto 2021: 99.9911 ya que tuvo tres veces offline de 2 minutos cada uno. Para otro proveedor de hosting web que aún tengo algunos sitios web en un mes puede sumar hasta 30 a 40 minutos .
Aunque mis clientes que tengo con verpex tienen sitios web informativos van bien y cargan rápido. Ya que mis clientes es más por el correo electrónico corporativo.
Cómo recomendación sería que mejor diga son tantos gigas por plan y no exista un plan ilimitado ya que por ejemplo si yo uso 500gb seguro me llamarían la atención. Sería que digas un plan de 100, 200, 300gb
Cómo otra recomendación me gustaría que verpex no limitará el espacio de cada buzón a 10gb por qué mis clientes algunos llegan a tener hasta 30gb o más en cada buzón y tienen varías cuentas. La única restricción debería ser el espacio en disco de cada plan. Aunque verpex puedo crear sin restricciones los buzones de correo electrónico eso estaría bien si lo uso vía POP3 por qué si uso vía SMTP y mi cliente crea 30 buzones por 10 GB cada buzón serían 300gb y no sé si verpex me llamaría la atención aún si tuviera un plan de 300gb Menos

And AFTER I ordered the hosting and PAID for everything for TWO YEARS in advance using PayPal, they contacted me saying, that they refuse to provide the service because I used a VPN!!! Can you imagine? 3/4 of TECH YouTubers advertise VPNs, recommend using them all the time, but HawkHost has not noticed that yet in 2022, and accuses and insults it's own customers! PayPal, Amazon, Google, banks, even this TrustPilot - nobody has problem with VPNs, but them!
So why didn't they just block that possibility, with an information to the customer to disconnect from VPN and try again? Why? Because they simply don't know HOW, they are unprofessional and they fear of VPNs, which means, that they must have been badly hacked or exploited by hackers using VPNs multiple times in the past. They still don't know how to defend themselves from that, so they primitively accuse all people using VPNs of bad intentions.
I also spotted, that they don't add VAT to any invoices for EU customers, so if you live in Europe, be prepared for significant price increase in the near future, because I'm going to report that. This is, by the way, an unfair competition against other hosting companies, who pay their taxes to the EU. Menos
I subscribed with them for 6 months during the first month of service and encountered many problems that I cannot count every minute. I go to the support to take an apology from them and hours to solve the problem in the serv... Más ers they have. They are fraudsters. I asked for a backup copy of my sites. Absolutely
