graded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke t he app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!

, molesto, te muestran un precio, pero al manejar el servicio uno debe poner mas dinero. por ejemplo nosotros compramos el servicio revendor o reseller. https://www.hostwinds.com/hosting/reseller plan "ULTIMATE" el cual la pagina web señala que tiene los implementos. al final el panel WHM para manejo de los usuario uno debe pagar, No dan opciones de poner uno gratis, en el momento de elegir el plan. si uno no quiere pagar por ese panel. no da la opcion para activar o administrar tus propios usuarios, crear perfiles o tamaños de las cuentas. como otras empresas de hosting por ejemplo como son hostgator, banahosting, a2, etc...son poco claros....!!! por lo cual por favor cancelamos el servicio que duro menos de 12 horas. lo compramos a las 13:00 horas y ya a las 17:00 lo comprobamos que es poco claro. esperamos que nos devuelvan el dinero lo mas pronto posible. perdieron un cliente grande de sudamerica.

My Shoutcast server went down on the second day, requiring me to contact support a second time. My streaming specifications were also not as advertised, which I had to contact support to resolve. When it came to building my website, I would have liked to have seen more tools to create a professional looking site. Ultimately, I decided to find a more trustworthy host that could provide better tools to actually build my website. When I tried to invoke Glowhost's Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, I was told that I'd be charged for my domain name that was originally offered for free, and that the charge would come out of my hosting refund. I was sent links to terms and conditions that differed from what I'd already read. After mentioning my intentions of sharing my experiences, I was then told that they could offer me the full refund as an "exception." I replied that I had no intention of withholding details of my experience, and the offer was revoked. In short, Glowhost was not for me. I felt misled by the Satisfaction Guarantee and was dissatisfied in the amount of issues that arose within my first week alone. For anyone looking for web hosting services, Glowhost has timely technical support but was far from pain free for me and abides by the same fine print any cheaper, more popular, professional, and easier to use host does as well.
