The employee's name... Más is Josh and his ID number is AB51320. I really want him to be honored by upper management for sending a check that was due to me for over one and a half years. He followed thru with the correct departments and got the job done. I had experience with employees hanging up on me, telling me they didn't give that type of refund, and shutting down the communication on line. Needed a remote PC to run MS Office from my ol... Más d laptop. I loved the Web Interface, everything was easy and quick to setup. I was also helped by customer team while trying to login via RDP because I didn't see the login info e-mail in my inbox. This was a free trial version, have since used it in many sessions one of which is 16+ hours straight without any problems. Server Internet download speed is great. (Downloaded and installed MS Office 365 in a breeze, in less than 5 minutes) Hourly pricing option and the ability to shutdown the server and be billed a very low price for inactive server is also great. Overall: Excellently designed with customer usability in mind with flexible pricing. Thanks! Menos

Más un bill con mas cantidad de de dinero , llamo atención al cliente y tampoco me dieron opcion aun explicando yo que habia ido a la oficina donde habia echo el contrato , en fin sali afectada yo no queria cancelar el servicio pero evidentemente no hay comunicación entre la oficina y la empresa sin contar que segun el de atención al cliente tengo que pagar una ultima factura si recibir mas servicio después que cancele el servicio . sin contar que la velocidad de internet no es la que ofrecen Menos
