I moved from a Fantastic Web Company, that was bought out by one of the LARGE hosting companies. Then the nightmare began. Unfortunately, I was spoiled with VERY good customer support with my old hosting provider.
After 4 ... Más attempts of transitioning 30,000 web pages built in Moveable Type and $5000 later, I finally found Liquid Web. Thank God!
These guys are fantastic! I've called several times in the middle of the night, and a LIVE person picked up the phone that I could understand. When I say 24 hour support, it's not some stupid chat AI robot, or out-sourced company.
I'm was SHOCKED! Not only do you get a LIVE person, you can someone that has a 'brain' in regards to complex questions.
I've since transition our website to using Word Press, which is one of the worlds best Blog Management products. No doubt in my mind, that Liquid Web provides the BEST support for Word Press installation.
I'm running our website on on the of their managed servers.
Please note: This is not a cheapy $10 hosting web hosting product. They offer fully hosted managed 24 hour support.
In my opinion, the pricing is VERY competitive. If I could give more stars, I would. No complaints.

So Covid happened and life was hard for everybody in one way or the other. I had to move homes I was lucky enough not to end up on the streets as my sister built for my husband my fur baby and I. We moved in I finally got a j... Más ob again and I decided to install fibre. Since my sisters household uses Afrihost and has for years against my intuition I went with her advise. It Took Afrihost one full month to install the fibre and the add they had up said one week for installation (no apology was received) after numerous phone calls and a full on temper tantrum the technical guy who was subcontracted by Openserve to do the install actually sorted out the problem and explained to me what needed to happen and my fibre was installed the very next day. Now two months down the line they don't execute their debit from my bank and decide to double debit the account this month. When i contacted them all i got for my efforts was a "sorry for the inconvenience caused" which thoroughly pushed up my blood pressure. When I told them I'd like to cancel I was promptly informed of a R999 cancellation fee that I will need to fork out. since I have not been with them for six months yet and also that their money back guarantee is not valid for fibre clients. I am beyond furious because now I am stuck with them for another four months. In my estimation since I am an unhappy customer they can be an unhappy service provider and I will be giving them bad reviews on every site that allows it. This I believe will balance the scales between HORRIBLE customer services and an unsatisfied customer. I think that these big companies need to be reminded that the customer pays their salaries and if they loose enough customers they may end up having to shrink their company size which may re-instill the proper work ethic they seem to have thrown away when they became a big fish in a small pond. El servicio es unidireccional , es decir si ellos dicen que tienen razón, la tienen. el servidor va bien, el servicio al cliente no tanto.
En cuanto pueda, cambiaré de servidor.
Deje de pagar 14 dias hasta que no me soluciona... Más ran el tema de cobros y optaron por cortar el servidor. Amenazandome con borrar mis datos. Lo dicho, en cuanto pueda a otro. Menos
