I was never able to find good quality hosting for my site. Then i came to knoww zalvis through facebook ads, I decided to test it. It was really good hosting, i have moved all sites from hostinger to zalvis, they have moved all of them for free. Likes for this company 😍😘
Very skilled and calm supportive agents. He Did not rush me at all. I had some technical issues on the site. I was needed to fix a redirection issue related to outdated plugin and the site was continuously redirecting to spammy sites. They took almost an hour of work, but we figured it out together. When I needed to setup the mx records for my custom email account, I was totally confused and clueless. Being a newbie in hosting panel management, so I decided to call one support agent midnight, as I am a motel attendant. The support agent did amazing job, not just he added all the required mx records for me, also helped me with guide and video tutorials. Kudos to the support agent.
I had to change my DNS settings but couldn't quite figure out how to do it correctly from my dashboard. So I connected via chat support and was given help - they did the work. In less than 5 minutes or so, from the start to the finish of the chat, the change had been made.
The customer support agent was helpful with helping me decide how to manage my account with regards to my multiple domains which I have purchased, the web hosting service and some inquiries I had regarding updating and maintenance work on my website. I am back to purchase a few more domains but unfortunately I forgot the support agent name, my fault. It would be nice if we can get back to the same person we spoke with since they know our issues and history. I am sure, after reading their notes they will realize who they served. My previous website hosting company had removed our site as requested. We had failed to communicate that this was completed and to put up our new beautiful website on Zalvis. I was at a event today and received a panicked call from my office saying the site was down. I called Zalvis, explained my situation and within two hours they migrated the site from backup file. I have turned all my website business over to Zalvis! Very Happy with Zalvis..!
My recent experience with client support agent, Jayson, really went above and beyond the normal duties of a client advocate. Nowadays, if you can get an agent to even be polite and/or resourceful while they're assisting you, that's exceptional.
Jayson, however, displayed much more support than the standard practice of common courtesy. He was very patient and skills on how to best protect my services. It should be noted that his service alone helped restore my confidence and trust back to Zalvis! Consequently, I'm so glad that it was he, and no one else, that answered my desperate telephone for help today. Thanks, Jayson!!
Our website manager retired this month, so I was needed to manage everything from my end, I become frustrated and frightened as all of this thigs are new to me. I saw some ads of this provider, however my first call to them is disappointing but today I called again and very satisfied with the support. They assured me on managing my website, now I can sleep peacefully at nights.
After signing up, I had some issues installing WordPress and importing my backup, but they resolved the issue after I contacted them. I will continue to use this service and update my review.
