The staff have great experience and know their way around everything they get the job done Sadly one of the most expensive companies out there I would call them reliable so far 100% uptime on all 8 of my servers with them, their prices are extremely poor, they charged me £400 to fix a problem which turned out only required a reboot to fix, I wouldn’t call their servers user friendly as their scripts and system is designed for people who are more advanced although they have been constantly upgrading their systems and offering more features on the web hosting side If you want reliable servers that won’t go down on you, DDos protected but these are only your people if you can manage your server your self The staff aren’t around 90% of the time and expect to have your questions answered late Even if it’s sales!! But this review is about the services And they are fantastic indeed
