Reliable hosting but makes promises they can't keep!
Have been a customer for a few years and have never experienced anything negative during this period.
The few times I have needed support, they have always been polite and quick to resolve any requests.

Update 2023-03-06
Today I received an invoice for a domain renewal, despite the promise from the above mentioned person of a year free with a domain transfer.
According to their customer service, I have to pay if I want to keep my domain.
Unfortunately it seems like they make promises they can't keep.

Poor Customer Service
I tried to switch my website to Stablehost.com and had to cancel because the customer service was so poor.
They were not able to help me and the process of switching over the site to them was painful and time consuming, that I gave up in the end. They did refund me after I complained and I am now looking at switching to another hosting company.

A very good host for beginners
I host my site with them and i feel that they take care of their customers very well. Ticket response time is fast and support is very good. I am using Starter package with them, with discount. The loading time is good, initial had some issues with my site. But they took care of the things for me. Downtime, not so much it is above 99.9% only. If my site gets more hit i might go with their pro package or might switch to new one for a different experience.
