I was first of all impressed by the breadth (and speed) of their electronic scope - at least triple redundancy. That was a major point that was capped by their 24/7 service capability. That was further enhanced by the professionalism of their staff, Jacke and his associates. I normally do not write glowing enhancements but, in this case, I do not hesitate to do so unreservedly. I have been recommending Premium RDP (and Jacke) since we started dealing with them.

I think they are scammers!

I think they are scammers! I provided all my card details at their request, paid the RDP, but they never provided me with anything. Moreover, the money was not returned. I am afraid that they will debit other amounts from my cards, as they offered to fill out a form in which I had to write the amount that they can withdraw from my cards. be careful

you forget to mention that you didnot Provided us docunents as per requirements also you didnt given your contact number KYC is important for every business.
we need credit card authroization for bulk card payments approvals,you can use other payment methods except credit card and paypal in that case we onky need your valid contact number, and name,

Treat you like a criminal

Open an account and within 5 minutes (of them taking my money) I got accused of being a fraudster and closed my account.
WILL TAKE 10 - 15 DAYS TO GET MONEY BACK.

I would steer well clear of this company, unless you like being called FRAUDSTER for absolutely no reason.

We are eurpean company with valid details and have proper terms and conditions which you can readout on our website https://www.premiumrdp.com/legal or before placing order on checkout.
Many customers dont readout terms and place order by using vpn,proxy or hiding their actual location or details.
We use MaxMind online fraud detection tool for any order new signup.if your actual location doensot match with your card location (incase of card payment ) then order marked as fraud and manually reviewed.
We advise you to readout terms before placing order
Secondly regarding money we are EV SSL verified and there is no loss of any money with us you can also find out our LEI details.

Agree with you! Same experience!
VPN in current days is something trivial! Working from Home and using Work VPN is basic!
As well in their "legal" reference there is no words mentioning VPN usage!
Shame!
And on top they still didn't refund all amount!
