Very good support and very bad Automated Backup service

For two times within less than a month automated backups didn't show up in the list, neither via web interface nor via API. This is a very serious issue, given that we are talking about backup. How can one be not worried?

siamo molto dispiaciuti per il giudizio così negativo da lei espresso.
Ci teniamo molto a soddisfare le esigenze dei nostri clienti in maniera professionale e mi dispiace se questo non è avvenuto nel modo in cu...Leer mási si aspettava.
