I am a new client to OffshoreDedicated.NET. I found their staff cooperative and price competitive. So far in past 2 weeks, my complaints are all dealt without me knowing about any issue. Privacy and dealing with my issues was the reason I switched previous offshore service and , now with this provider, its worry-free hosting my streams on their network. I have used many offshore companies before and these guys have the worst customer service ever. I don't even think they have a customer service. I bought a Dedicated server with server management. They took days just to set it up. Now i need them to migrate from the VPS i had(which i still bought from them) and it's been days and the migration is not well done. I have the feeling the person who did the migration does not know anything about it. Now i have to pay extra services from another company just to have my website online.
I was able to look into your complaint based on your name provided with the review. I want to make a correction if you don't mind. Your server was order on 11/21/2019 16:12 and delivered on 11/22/2019 18:41. You have requested migration on TODAY at 04:19 with the details of your VPS and you received confirmation of transferred at Posted today at 11:37. After this you immedietly told that you have hired someone for this task and that it was not done correctly by our team. Before it, your VPS was going down, after checking, we informed you that the storage is FULL. I hope you that it will help analysing our quality of our support. I have hosted my site with them which was stayupdated.info. I has very good experience hosting with them. I bought their VPS which was delivered in time and was up to the mark. I did not use their support much as no issues were faced. But I did for order, at that time they were just what I was looking for. I will rate them full out of full because had no issue buying from them at all. I am also planning to relaunch a cracks related site with them again. Hope they don't disappoint me this time. Cheers.
