I was unable to locate anyone called "Lorenzo Francardi" in our client area. I'm sorry for the troubles you experienced while using our service.

Our servers are not overloaded at all. We use CloudLinux for all of our shared hosting servers and we limit number of clients per server to a reasonable number, which is much less than average hosting company has. The only reason I can imagine for your sites being slow is hitting a resource limit of shared hosting package(either CPU, RAM or I/O). You should have submitted a support ticket for more information.

We are EU company and we do allow adult content(legal porn) and everything within EU laws. You can clearly read about our company at http://knownsrv.com/about.php, we are a registered EU company, we pay VAT and all needed taxes. There is a public registry of EU companies where you can clearly see the ownership structure, directors and statistics. It's all very transparent and public in the EU(European Union).

We have refunded your payment because we do NOT allow spam, as specified in our terms of service. How exactly did we scam you except not allowing you for using our servers for spam and refunding your payment?

I didn't get the server at all. I didn't use the server and you say I'm spamming... I didn't get an answer in the one I opened on your site. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting

Yes, we have systems in place to detect spammers before we setup.
