Since 2 months or more, I can't reset or reboot my server The service become slow

Hello, Sometimes the support are long but I know they work hard for give the best for the customers. Some points for make better design: - The manager account isn't friendly and the design is poor - The page speed of client manager is very long - Remake design is good and with optimization I think, they go make lot amelioration with design quality.
