I'm going to say everything honest, Best thing is of HostFizia is that they provide awesome performance hosting plans, I never face any speed issues on my websites and loan handling is second awesome things on they easily handle huge traffic without downtimes on my website and let's come to cons, I have noticed for sometimes I don't get any response from their team but nowadays their care team is 24x7 active and I hope they always provide better support as now.

Unresponsive Support and Delayed Activation of Hosting Plans
Worst and dirtiest service I have ever seen. I have 2 of their business hosting plans. First hosting panel is not opening for which I am connecting with support since 1 month and not getting any response. I tried to talk on support chat, also put request on ticket, then mailed and called also, in any way, I did not get any response from their end. It's been 2 weeks since I purchased my second hosting and it hasn't been activated yet. I feel like I have been cheated by taking their hosting service.
I was using dreamhost earlier but faced low performance and worst support with them after then one of my friends asked me to use hostfizia then I have taken their cloud vps and their support team moved my website from dreamhost to here without any downtime and now I'm using hostfizia execellent service from last 1 years and never faced any issue with them except sometime slow support from them so I have gone through with an amazing experience at hostfizia.
Overall awesome speed and performance but they need to make improvement on customer support otherwise everything is awesome and they have provided excellent support always but sometimes they responded lately.
I'm sharing my honest experience after using hostfizia hosting for 12 months, I got better speed as compared to my other hosting, best thing is load handling and it's awesome than everyone because I got almost 10k realtime and my website worked smoothly without any downtime after getting such realtime at once and uptime is fine but I got two downtimes of about 30 minutes in complete 12 months and most disappointed things is support, sometimes I got excellent support from them and sometimes their support team disappeared and responded after long time, Overall hostfizia is good hosting but they need to work on their uptime and support.
I bought a hosting on this hosting company for 3 days they didn't activate the service also i writed the support for 3 days no one answered me at all i gues they scamming people at this time
Never Buy Or Use HostFizia Service I used this hosting, and most of the time the server is completely down and you can't visit your website. Also, some times your website does not work for 7 to 10 days. They don't even answer your tickets; it's the worst customer care support I've ever seen, and yes, they are also Frouds. I bought one domain from them, but later on they said that this domain already belonged to someone else. it was a glitch ... then i ask to refund my money from that day they never pick my phone and nither they respond me on ticket .... Beware of the HostFizia Company. It is a complete fraud company.
