All my websites are infected! I clean them today, they are hacked again tomorrow. I take a lot of safety measures with various plugins or techniques but seems like the hackers have easy access from inside the server. I find extra email accounts, extra ftp accounts, various php files and changed index.php and htaccess files in every website. Auto-Backup policy is extremely worthless and I can not restore healthy backups for my websites.
I own other WHM accounts from other hosting companies that I host websites older than 10 years with not even a day offline or hacked.

Today, Nilesh helped me unblock my IP address that was blocked by the firewall. What I really like is the front line tech support is knowledgeable enough to resolve issues on their own.
