I've used Global Data Server for several years. I love their 24/7 online chat. A few months ago I switched to another Hosting Company to save money but was not satisfied with their tech support. Often the tech support people didn't read my support tickets carefully. Other times they made a mistake. They brag about a fast response to a new ticket, but the actual resolution would take a few days. Then I switched to Another company. They have 24/7 chat support, but most of the time they would convert the chat to a support ticket, which would take longer to resolved. So, I switched back to Global Data Server, and I'm happy to pay a little more for them. A recent independent study showed that Global Data Server was two to three times faster in several benchmarks compared to Rackspace, Amazon, and a few other top tier hosting companies.
