Good Uptime, Slow Support

The uptime and features are great but when you talk to a rep on live chat it takes them 10-20 mins to respond to each question. They need to really work on that.

I have been having problems with this host with getting my money refunded for poor support. They say they cancel within 24hrs but it has been 4 days and counting. I do not recommend anyone to go here.

I have problem with that too, I order and and he never send my dedicated server + cpanel price 135,00 € EUR. when I want to refund he never replay my ticket and when I chat online. he close my chat. and now I was done report to paypal. I hope I can get my money back

Tiene base en Holanda y su enfoque está en proporcionarle a sus clientes hosting de buena calidad con una seguridad excelente. También ofrecen servicios de housing a sus clientes.

Cuenta con muchas opciones personalizadas para elegir de forma que puedas obtener lo que quieres realmente al precio que deseas. Ésta es una muy buena opción para muchas personas, y si bien hay aspectos en los que esta empresa no es tan eficiente como otros proveedores de hosting, será capaz de satisfacer tus necesidades.
